About me
Christine is a Tech Lead II on the Payment Services team. She has been at Enova for 11 years and worked on NetCredit, Headway, and Platform teams. Beyond her work at Enova, she also enjoys studying German and being active outside by running, walking, and hiking, preferably up a mountain or through a desert.
Earlier this year, she began working with a German tutor, which has helped her to explore a range of topics, including the topic she is presenting on today - conflict. Christine has long been uncomfortable with conflict. In tutoring, she even learned a German word to describe her - konfliktscheu! Because of her discomfort, she explored this topic with her German tutor - reading articles, listening to podcasts, and discussing the topic during tutoring meetings. She learned about the structure of conflict and strategies to make them more productive. She's still no expert, but she wanted to share what she has learned in hopes that a shared framework can help us all be less konfliktscheu!"
